1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FaucetNova ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who interacts with the Platform in any capacity. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with notice to registered users.
2. Eligibility
To use FaucetNova, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
- Have a valid FaucetPay account to receive withdrawal payments
- Not be a resident of a country where cryptocurrency transactions are prohibited by law
- Not have a previously banned or suspended FaucetNova account
3. Account Registration
You may register one (1) account per person. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent banning of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all accumulated earnings.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. FaucetNova is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
4. Earning Rules
4.1 Faucet Claims: You may claim the faucet once every 5 minutes per registered account. Claims must be made manually by a human user; automated tools, bots, or scripts are prohibited.
4.2 Auto Faucet: The auto faucet feature is available to registered users who choose to enable it. Auto faucet earnings are subject to session limits and may be adjusted at our discretion.
4.3 Offerwalls & Shortlinks: Earnings from offerwalls, shortlinks, and PTC are credited upon verification by our third-party partners. We are not responsible for delays or rejections by offerwall providers.
4.4 Referral Program: You earn a 25% lifetime commission on your direct referrals' faucet claims (Tier 1), and additional commission on Tier 2 and Tier 3 referrals. Commission is only paid on legitimate, verified claims. Referring fake or bot accounts is prohibited and will result in account termination.
4.5 Daily Bonus: Streak bonuses accumulate with consecutive daily logins. Bonuses are forfeited if a day is missed. We reserve the right to modify bonus structures with prior notice.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all earnings:
- Using bots, scripts, VPNs, proxies, or automated tools to claim rewards
- Creating multiple accounts (one person, one account)
- Using CAPTCHA-solving services or farm workers to bypass verification
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform
- Engaging in fraudulent offerwall completions (chargebacks, false submissions)
- Abusing the referral system (self-referrals, fake referrals)
- Any activity that violates applicable law
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or circumvent our anti-fraud systems
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed via FaucetPay, our payment partner. FaucetNova is not responsible for delays caused by FaucetPay or blockchain network congestion.
Withdrawals of potentially fraudulent earnings may be held for review for up to 7 days. FaucetNova reserves the right to withhold payment if we have reasonable cause to suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Minimum withdrawal amounts are subject to change based on network fees and market conditions.
7. Reward Rates
Faucet payout rates are variable and subject to change based on cryptocurrency market prices, advertising revenue, and operational costs. We strive to maintain competitive rates but do not guarantee specific payout amounts.
Rates shown on the website are current estimates and may differ slightly from actual payouts due to real-time price fluctuations.
8. Advertising
FaucetNova displays advertisements from Coinzilla and Bitmedia. All displayed advertisements are from the ad networks' verified crypto advertiser pools. We do not control individual ad creatives but work to ensure all ads meet standards of legitimacy.
Ad blocking software may be detected by our platform. We ask that you whitelist FaucetNova as advertising revenue directly funds the faucet rewards you earn.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on FaucetNova — including but not limited to logos, design, text, tools, and code — is the property of FaucetNova and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
FaucetNova is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted service. Cryptocurrency values are volatile — we are not responsible for the fluctuation in value of rewards earned on our platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaucetNova's liability is limited to the amount of cryptocurrency you earned in the 30 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing on FaucetNova constitutes financial advice. Cryptocurrency investments carry risk.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Earnings in terminated accounts are forfeited if the termination is due to a Terms violation.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international internet law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, unless you are located in a jurisdiction that does not permit mandatory arbitration for consumer disputes.
